Less than a week before departure! I’m in Breckenridge, Colorado, hiking and climbing every day, and adjusting pretty well to the altitude. Yesterday we made it to the summit of Quandary Peak, one of Colorado’s famed “14ers”,  and it’s an amazing experience to have a 360-degree panoramic view from 14,265 feet (see above). Back to Florida on the 13th for a couple of days to put the finishing touches on packing, get one more Hep B shot and handle a few last-minute issues, and then I leave the morning of the 16th for Atlanta, Amsterdam and Kilimanjaro.
